In the majority of startups employees have to work for many hours as there are not regulated work timings in these companies and add to that the constant stress of performing can be very stressful for the employees. If you ask 100 people of your age having the same qualification than only 5 to 10 people will say that they are willing to take risk of joining a startup and rest will be comfortable working with top companies of their respective field, hence there is always this peer pressure where you feel that others will go ahead of you in case the startup company you have joined fails in 1 or 2 years resulting in you going behind professionally and financially with your peers.
